I was back in the gym Sunday and Monday after taking time off from lifting weights during vacation. And I had terrible work-outs! I knew that I would take a step back in my progress by taking time away but I feel like I erased all of the gains of the last 6 weeks! My arm were like spaghetti and my legs were weak. I felt gassed from start to finish. I can't believe how much strength disappeared in such a sort amount of time.
Lame.
All I can do now is get back in there every day and build those little baby muscles back up!
