How I Meal Prep

I wanted to talk a little about how I prepare my food. Since I have basically zero will power I have to bring my food with me wherever I go. I learned all about this from Gymgirljessie and Dallassrae, my 2 favorite fitness competitors on Instagram.
Each Sunday I prepare all of my food for Monday-Friday. It gets measured out and entered into My Fitness Pal app, so I know how many calories and macro-nutrients I am getting. Everything gets stashed into Tupperware or paper bags and then into the fridge. Each morning after oatmeal I put 1 full day worth of food into a cold bag with some ice and off I go.
Whenever I am hungry at work I just dip into the bag and pull out my next meal.

This week each day I will eat:
Breakfast - Oatmeal (after morning cardio with Lily)
Chilled bag - nonfat plain Greek yogurt, low fat string cheese
Room Temp Bag - turkey jerky, almonds
Salad - bell pepper, lettuce, green beans, cucumber, and either 1/2 avocado or a scoop of garbanzo beans
Warm bowl -  tomatoes, 1/2 a chicken sausage, roasted cauliflower, grilled corn
I make a cellucor protein shake before the gym and then I go to bed when I get home.

Baggies in the back have "chilled snacks"
