(Healthy) nom nom nom
Meal Check time! Doing really well, and not feeling hungry!
Yesterday I ate: Plain Oatmeal, grilled zucchini and cauliflower w/cilantro, salad greens with carrot and celery, and a kale/ginger/lemon juice, plus 64oz of water. FIN
1/2 cup before morning cardio
BORING
