Meh

I continued to give a sub par effort this week. Not going to the gym and eating "mostly" healthy. I did lose 2 pounds, but then put them right back on after binging on Saturday and Sunday, so who the hell knows. How about getting my act together starting October 1st? Only a few weeks left before I have to start thinking about Christmas and New Years outfits!

Here is a chart showing my weight loss since July 1st. It is up and down, but overall I am down about 7 pounds, not great, but still a step in the right direction. (obviously add 100 pounds to the weight axis)
