Back on the Meal Plan

I was not able to control my eating the past 2 weeks, so I've decided to get back on a strict meal plan. I made all of my food for the week Monday night and portioned it out. Each morning I will pack up my IsoBag with a full day's worth of food and off I go!
Today was great (except for a piece of Halloween candy. DANG IT!)

A week's worth of ground turkey with tomatoes and carrots

One day worth of food - yogurt, string cheese, cauliflower, salad, and turkey

Ta-Da!

I even got a case of food for this little guy
